  • Yes. Memberships & Visitor Passes Are Available After Hours
     

    Follow these easy steps

    1. Download the Torus Gym App :

    iOS App Store for Apple. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/torus-gym/id6758354553

    2. Open the app and tap "Join Club"

    3. Create your profile & fill in your personal infomation

    4. Select Your Membership or Visitor Pass

    5. Complete your registration. 

    6. Make sure your Bluetooth is on your phone

    7. When you arrive at the gym open your app and press "Check-In" on the top navigation bar to unlock the door.

    If you purchased Team Workout Package please book your classes on the Torus Gym App before coming.

  • Yes. All Torus memberships (Torus Access, Torus Elite and Torus Elite Pro) follow a 12-month agreement, with the option to end early for a $99 cancellation fee. Memberships also require a $100 Enrollment & Security Activation Fee, except for the $99 Special.

  • A 30-day written notice is required and may be submitted:
     

    • In person during staffed hours, or

    • By email to info@torusgym.com

    • You may also submit request through your member portal or member app
       

    Your 30-day notice period will be billed, and you will maintain full club access during that time.
    Please return your key fob to avoid a $25 replacement fee.​

  • Member may request a temporary freeze of their membership. During any approved freeze period, a monthly freeze fee of twenty dollars ($20) shall be billed for each month the membership remains on hold. All freeze requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@torusgym.com, through the Torus App (Menu > Memberships), or through the Member Portal. All holds are subject to approval by the Club.

    Membership billing shall automatically resume at the conclusion of the approved freeze period. A freeze does not cancel, reduce, or waive any contractual obligations, minimum term requirements, or outstanding balances.
     

  • You may upgrade at any time.
    Downgrades require finishing your current agreement or paying the $99 early cancellation fee, then signing the new plan.

  • We do not offer formal nutrition coaching. Coaches may provide general guidance aligned with your goals.

  • If your credit card or bank account information has changed, you can update it at any time using one of the following options:

     

    Through the Torus App

            1.        Open the Torus App

            2.        Click My Account in the top navigation bar

            3.        Select Update Billing Information

            4.        Enter your new payment details and save

     

    Through the Torus Member Web Portal

            1.        Log in to the Torus Member Web Portal

            2.        Click Account in the top navigation bar

            3.        Select Update Billing Information

            4.        Enter your updated payment details and save
